The next stage of selection and training for leaders of villages and resorts (to a limited number) will be held 2 to 4 March 2012 in collaboration with

The stage of selection and formation is the final phase of our iter of selection; in fact is invited to participate only who has overcome the interview with positive result (the interviews are held in Naples, Milan, Verona, Rome, Taranto, Palermo, Pescara and Munchen. The dates will be signalled in the section News).

The stage will do as:

- to us it allows to realise some technical potentialities and above all human of the candidate, and to appraise its ability to the profession of organizer;

- to you it serves for mostly having an idea of the experience that prepare you to face, to discover your talent and your limits, and above all to judge the seriousness and the professionalism of our firm before beginning to collaborate with us.

The result of the stage can be:

- POSITIVE: in this case you have the immediate proposition of a contract , with relative destination;

- NEGATIVE: in this case the communication will be immediately forwarded.

For all those people which will also have overcome this step, the last day is reserved to the signature of the contracts. The stage is free!
